iCare Social Event Policy

Refund policy: A refund for the social events can be provided if requested at least 48hrs prior to the start of the scheduled event.

Safety policy: iCare is not responsible for participant oversight more than 15min prior to the start of the scheduled event.

Delayed pick up: Participants picked up later than 15min after the end of the scheduled event are subject to a late pick-up fee of $15 for each additional 15min late until the participant is picked up.

At iCare, we’re known for enjoying fun outdoor activities all year long! However, being in Florida, we understand that weather can change quickly and unexpectedly. With that in mind, we will always follow our scheduled plans if it is safe to do so.
