Jacquelyn Lorne is the founder of Sea Turtle Adventures, the nonprofit that gave rise to the iCare Program. Driven by her passion for supporting adults with disabilities, Jacquelyn has created programs that promote growth and engagement through enriching experiences. Formerly the iCare Program's Executive Director, she now serves on its Board of Directors, providing guidance while continuing to manage the daily operations of Sea Turtle Adventures.  Bill Reilly is currently the CEO of Champion Title & Settlements, Inc.,a real estate title and settlement company currently licensed in 29 states. Mr. Reilly is an experienced bank director, and was a founding board member of Reston, Virginia-based Washington First Bank, and its parent company Washington First Bankshares, Inc., from 2004 until its sale to Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. in 2017. Since 2021, Mr. Reilly has been on the board of Old Dominion National Bank. Mr. Reilly received his B.S. in Business Administration from Roanoke College.



 Sarah Emmett is a dedicated job coach at Palm Beach School for Autism, where she provides on-the-job training to high school and middle school students with autism, equipping them with essential skills for success in the community and workplace. An active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Sarah engages her students in meaningful projects that help them earn community service hours while fostering a spirit of giving. As a certified Special Olympics coach, she is passionate about promoting inclusivity and empowerment for individuals with disabilities. A resident of West Palm Beach, Sarah enjoys life with her husband, Alexander, their Shih Tzu, Reilly, and two parrots, Coco, and Ava. Sarah treasures her close-knit family, who live nearby, and in her free time, she finds joy in photography and creative pursuits, often capturing inspiration from everyday moments to share with her loved ones.


 Nicole DeFlorio joined the Palm Beach School for Autism family in 2015. She started her career in education in 1994, working as an elementary school teacher in New York. She then spent some time working with adults with disabilities in 1999. In 2002, she found her passion when she started her career in transition services, working with high school students with special needs, helping them transition to from High School to "the adult world". Nicole is skilled in developing community and inter-agency relationships and is happy to be leading the transition program at PBSFA while also being a single mom, an environmentalist, and an active member of the Palm Beach County community.


 Bonnie Chachkes was born in New Jersey and grew up in Georgia. She has a Masters degree in Marketing from University of Georgia. She owned her own personal agency in Atlanta, Georgia. Her husband who is a ER doctor and she has four children (one adult daughter with autism). Bonnie helped start a school in New York City for children with autism. She has volunteered her time on many boards in New York and Georgia.



 Steve Smith has over 40 years of sales experience, 30 of those years in the Mobile Computer and Data Capturing Industry. Over the last six years, I've led the turn-around and rebuild at DecisionPoint Systems through organic and inorganic growth, increasing revenue from $28m to $90m and EBITDA from negative to $5m+.I've successfully executed four acquisitions and maximized productivity and profit with strategic reductions in OpEx while building out the organization's Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance teams driven by a single culture of success. I reside on Long Island in Rockville Centre, N.Y., with my wife and three children.
