Executive Director

Samantha "Sami" Majors began her journey with the iCare Program in 2021 as a dedicated volunteer. Her passion for the mission, coupled with the strong connections she built within the community, led to her appointment as the iCare Day Program Director. Sami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University, graduating summa cum laude. Having grown up with her younger brother, who is on the autism spectrum, Sami has long been a committed advocate for inclusion and the empowerment of individuals of all abilities. As of 2024, she serves as the Executive Director of the iCare Program, continuing her dedication to fostering an inclusive environment for all.


Program Manager

Rebecca “Becky” was born and raised in Southern Ohio, where she earned her associate degree in Human Services and a bachelors degree in Applied Science from Ohio University. She has worked in direct care with adults with intellectual disabilities and has over 5-years experience working in a group home setting. Becky later was hired by another large facility in Pike County, Ohio where she was a Qualified Mental Health Professional writing individual plans and goals for residents of that facility. In addition, she was responsible for the management of the direct care workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large on-site group home for the organization. 


Program Nurse

As the newest member of the iCare team, Amy joined towards the end of 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable asset. She is excited to be part of such a supportive and dynamic team, where she continues to share her knowledge and passion for nursing.

Office Assistant

Deena was born in Atlanta, GA, and grew up in both New York and Wellington, FL. She graduated from Unicorn Academy in Boca Raton in 2018 and went on to earn her certificate in Supported Community Living from Florida Atlantic University. In addition, she is a certified Life Coach through IAP Career College. In her free time, Deena enjoys scuba diving, running, swimming, and spending time with her puppy, Ghost—whether playing together or going for walks.



Outreach Specialist

Kelli brings energy and enthusiasm to every part of the iCare program. After officially joining our team in 2023—following her time as a dedicated volunteer companion to clients—she has quickly become an integral member of our community. Kelli shines as both a caregiver and swim instructor, sharing compassion, skill, and encouragement in everything she does. Beyond iCare, she enjoys cooking, reading, and volunteering. Her positivity and dedication make her a true asset to our team!

Administrative Assistant

Bianca "B", brings diverse professional background to the table, including experience in Outpatient Mental Health Services at Jerome Golden and Administration at Palm Beach County Youth Services. B holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Development, which has strengthened her organizational and leadership skills. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree, and is passionate about combining her academic knowledge and hands-on experience to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Operations Specialist

Robert "Bob" Kiekenapp was raised in South Florida. He is an avid fisherman and boater. Bob is active in many aspects of iCare, helping to provide operational and maintenance support for our many events. He is certified in CPR, First Aid and AED.
