iCare Social Event Policy
Refund policy: A refund for the social events can be provided if requested at least 48hrs prior to the start of the scheduled event.
Safety policy: iCare is not responsible for participant oversight more than 15min prior to the start of the scheduled event.
Delayed pick up: Participants picked up later than 15min after the end of the scheduled event are subject to a late pick-up fee of $15 for each additional 15min late until the participant is picked up.
Rain or Shine Policy
At iCare, we’re known for enjoying fun water days all year long! However, being in Florida, we understand that weather can change quickly and unexpectedly. With that in mind, we will always follow our scheduled plans if it is safe to do so.
If weather conditions require us to adjust, we will shift activities as needed on the day of the program. For all scheduled water days, please have your member arrive wearing their swimsuit upon arriving to the program, and have a change of clothes in their bag. When activities switch, we will assist them in changing into more comfortable clothing.
