Special Reminders to please remember: Participants will need to wear their blue iCare shirts for the event and bring money on a credit card (or prepaid VISA) for a cashless payment. 

Amerant Bank Arena has a strict "no bag" policy for most items, allowing only small clutches (4"x6" and under) or medical/diaper bags (subject to search and tagging) for expedited entry; backpacks, large purses, and sling bags are generally prohibited, with all bags subject to search, and the venue is cashless.

iCare Social Event Policy

Refund policy: a refund for the social events can be provided if requested at least 48hrs prior to the start of the scheduled event.

Safety policy: iCare is not responsible for participant oversight more than 15min prior to the start of the scheduled event.

Delayed pick up: Participants picked up later than 15min after the end of the scheduled event are subject to a late pick-up fee of $15 for each additional 15min late until the participant is picked up.
